Easy Incredible Meat Loaf

2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stuffing Mix (I prefer Stove Top)

1/2 c. Ketchup

1/2 c. Water

2 Eggs

2-3 slices of Bacon

Heat oven to 375°F. Combine ground beef, stuffing mix, ketchup, water, and eggs in mixing bowl. Mix well.

Pack lightly in bread pan.  Lay bacon on top and bake 1 hour.
