Steamed Chicken and Asparagus

4-6 pcs. Chicken Breast or Tenders (Frozen or Fresh)
1 lb. Fresh Asparagus Spears
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
Natural Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Spice with Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Dill Weed, Paprika, Old Bay Lemon & Herb Seasoning.

Spray non-stick fry pan with cooking spray. Heat pan on med-high heat for frozen chicken and medium for thawed chicken. Carefully lay chicken in pan. Cut asparagus into 1" pieces and spread on top. Chop garlic to taste and sprinkle on top. Lightly season with above seasoning or your choice of spices. Cover with lid and steam each side for 5-7 min. Try to keep asparagus on top.

1 Protein and 1 Vegetable

This recipe is hCG Diet Friendly... And a healthy family choice. I usually add a side dish for the rest of the family of rice or scalloped potatoes. 56 total lbs lost to date!
