Chicken Fried Steak

4 md. beef cutlets
2 c. panko japanese style bread crumbs
1 c. all purpose flour
3 lg. eggs
½ c. milk
2 tbsp. canola oil
2 cloves fresh minced garlic (may substitute with dehydrated minced garlic)
old bay seasoning
onion powder
pepper
3 separate flat bottomed bowls

Pre-heat pan on medium heat using 2 tbsp. canola oil. In 1st bowl mix eggs and milk. Use 2nd bowl for flour. Use 3rd bowl for bread crumbs. Lay out cutlets on plate or cutting board and season lightly on each side with all seasonings and minced garlic. Dip each seasoned cutlet in egg-milk mixture, coat with flour, dip in egg-milk mixture again and then coat with bread crumbs. Fry each side approx. 5 min. or until done. Adjust heat for even cooking. Serves 4
