EASY HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES

2 c. flour (white or wheat)
1 tsp. salt
4 lg. eggs

Combine flour and salt in medium bowl. In separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add eggs to dry mixture and blend well (more flour may be needed if dough too thin). Sprinkle flour on cookie sheet or counter and roll dough out flat. Slice into long, thin strips. Slowly drop noodles into already heated and prepared homemade soups or pasta sauce.  Let cook for 3-4 minute.
