Cabbage Soup

100 g. or 2.5 oz. of Lean ground beef
1/3 Cabbage
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
2 c. Chicken or beef broth (may substitute 2 c. water and 1/2-1 bullion cube)
1/4 tsp. Old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. Onion powder
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Chili powder
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. Celery salt or powder

1/4 tsp. Pepper

While browning ground beef in frying pan; in separate sauce pan mix broth, seasonings and garlic clove. Bring broth to a boil. Drain grease from beef - add to broth mixture. Chop cabbage into bite size pieces and add to broth-beef mixture. Bring mixture back to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer covered 20-30 min.

1 Serving (Makes quite a large serving) Very filling
