Shrimp Taco

¾ c. Peeled cooked salad shrimp (usually found in the fresh meat section of your local grocery store)
½ Lg. Onion
1 Clove Garlic
1 Flour Tortilla (120 calories)
Old bay seasoning
Chili powder
Cheyenne pepper
Salt
Pepper
Parsley flakes

Heat fry pan on med-low. Spray pan with olive oil cooking spray. Slice onion long way and cut into pieces. Chop garlic or use food processor to dice in larger pieces. (Note: The more you chop garlic the stronger the flavor) I like mine a bit sweet. Place onion and garlic in pan. Sprinkle a bit of each spice on top. Fry until almost done. Add shrimp and fry for about 1-2 min.

Makes 1 Serving
1 Protein 1 Vegetable 1 Bread

Note: Flour tortilla's are not on the approved hCG Diet Protocols list, but I have lost 21 lbs. and they have been part of my diet.
